We will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 12 hours. of pick up. There are absolutely no refunds available. Any damage has to be reported within 12hours.

Our layaways are good for up to one year. It must be paid in full before delivery. If the layaway is not paid within a year the total amount paid will be lost without a refund or a store credit.

Cancellation of a layaway is subject to a 25% fee of the total amount paid with the remaining as a store credit only. No cancellation is possible after the order has been placed. An average order takes 5-15 business days and in some cases can take up to 8 weeks. Again we do not cancel any order after it has been placed.

Cancellation of an order after the order has been placed is subject to a 50% cancellation fee with store credit only. No refunds or credit will be available.

If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered by the promised delivery date we must offer you the choice of
1) cancelling your order with a prompt full refund of any payments you have made or
2) accepting delivery at a specific later date.
